The following is to aid you in creating the perfect gift. Yes, this is personalization at its finest. While we are going to do the actual imprinting, you can take pride in the fact that it’s your ideas and creativity that are being incorporated into the perfect personalized item. Whether it’s for the office, the home, or a gift for a loved one, it will have been thoughtfully created by you.

		Proportions: When using photos and images, we need to consider the aspect ratio, which is only a fancy term for the proportions of a photo or image. As an example a 4 x 6 inch snapshot must retain the 4 x 6 relationship or the image will become distorted. The image size can be changed, larger or smaller, to fit the selected product as long as the original relationship is maintained. The shape of the imaged area on the products you’ve selected will effect how the final image will look. Many of our products are round or oval in shape which means that portions of the photo will be eliminated. Review the cropping examples to see how the shape of various products will affect the image appearance. The hi-lighted areas are examples of what would remain of the photo after cropping. That said, if you are unsure of how your photo will appear on your chosen item, call or e-mail us for a free no obligation consultation.

		Other Considerations: We ask that you send the image files to us no larger than 4”x 6” at 300 pixels/inch saved in high or best quality jpg or tiff format. If you’re going to scan your image scan them at 300 pixels per inch and then size them to 4” x 6” inches. Please attach your scanned image file to an email that includes your name, phone number, and order number. Send with the attachment to email: imagecreations5@aol.com If you prefer, you can mail your photos to Image Creations and we will scan them for $2.50 per photo to be paid when order is complete and ready for shipping.
